Hi there my name is Andreas.

I photograph ordinary people enjoying an extraordinary day together.

I meet people at their weddings, spend some time with them and their friends, and the photographs that I make are a result of that brief time spent during that experience.

Since 2003, I’ve photographed hundreds of weddings ranging from large scale events to intimate family celebrations.

Most of the events I have photographed have been local, around Toronto area, up to Muskoka and Niagara on the Lake, but I’ve also done a few in Europe and the US — although now I keep everything I do fairly local, within about a two hour drive from my home in Fergus Ontario where I live with my wife and two daughters.

My views on wedding photography is that simplicity is the best approach, which is why I work alone, I don’t manufacture moments, direct poses, or interfere in any way.
