I’m Andreas, a private documentary photographer who believes that your photographs should be as private as the event itself.
Born and raised in Toronto, I now live in Fergus Ontario with my wife and two daughters. I work with a host of private clients across Ontario from Toronto to Muskoka, Niagara on the Lake and locally in Elora, Fergus and the Kitchener Waterloo region.
My creative life began as a designer, and for over twenty years, I’ve been photographing private weddings and family celebrations near and far.
I find my inspiration for this work from the people that I meet, and the brief interactions and moments shared together during the day.

I receive a lot of enquiries for all types of private events, and I do read them all. I do respond to all messages, but it may take a day or two at the most.

What I do is a fairly personal endevour — that’s the nature of this work, so it’s important that above all else, I’m interested telling your story, and that you want me to be a part of your day.
That’s why establishing a connection early on is so important.
I’m not the right photographer for every couple — and that’s a good thing!
I’m pretty upfront about that and hope you appreciate my position.
I do my best work for couples planning simple, intimate events that are often held in one location, with smaller guest lists, where culture, traditions and relationships are the most important elements of the day.

Most of the events I photograph are private family events : weddings, anniversaries, engagement or birthday parties .

Once the photographs have been edited, they will be uploaded to a private website that you’ll have access to view, share as you wish, order prints, and download the high resolution images from.

You’ll receive a password to access some past galleries.

Each event varies greatly based on hours of coverage required, travel, and whether or not I’m including prints or albums, so the price changes as well.
When enquiring, please share as much information as possible so that I can provide you with a proposal when we speak.
